ADVANCED CHEMISTRY & TECHNOLOGY, INC. ANNOUNCES BRANCH EXPANSION AND NEW MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

Garden Grove, CA; April 1, 2008 – Advanced Chemistry & Technology, Inc. (AC TECH) announces the expansion of its St. Charles, MO packaging and distribution center, as well as the promotion of Mr. Allan Cole to the newly created position of General Manager of Distribution & Packaging. In his new role, Mr. Cole will consolidate AC TECH’s branch in Montgomery, TX into the St. Charles, MO operation. The increased capabilities in Missouri will allow AC TECH to improve response time, and packaging options in one centrally located facility. Additionally, all customer service responsibilities for both the Missouri and Texas operations will now be handled through AC TECH’s central customer service department in Lawrenceville, GA.

AC TECH, a privately held company based in Garden Grove, California, is a manufacturer of sealants and specialty chemical products to the aerospace industry.

ADVANCED CHEMISTRY & TECHNOLOGY AND CHEMETALL GMBH ANNOUNCE JOINT DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

Garden Grove, CA; April 1, 2007 – Advanced Chemistry & Technology (AC TECH) and Chemetall Aerospace Technologies (Chemetall) have entered into a joint distribution agreement whereby the parties will distribute each others aerospace products in their respective regions. Chemetall will distribute AC TECH products in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Conversely, AC TECH will distribute Chemetall products in the Americas.

The parties intend to sell approved products to OEMs, subcontractors, airlines and MRO facilities requiring such products for delivery and use in the designated territories.

AC TECH, a private company based in Garden Grove, California, is a manufacturer of sealants and specialty chemical products to the aerospace industry. Chemetall Aerospace Technologies, a division of Chemtall GMBH based in Frankfurt, Germany is a manufacturer of sealants, cleaners, corrosion inhibiting compounds, and surface treatment products to the aerospace industry.

With a single phone call, customers may order both AC-130 (Sol-Gel) surface preparation materials and BR 6747-1 bond primer in package sizes appropriate for repair applications from AC TECH’s Garden Grove, CA. office.

BR® 6747-1 is the recommended primer for use with AC TECH’s AC-130 (Sol-Gel) surface preparation materials. The theoretical coverage of a pint of BR 6747-1 is approximately 40 square feet.

BOEING COMMERCIAL AIRPLANE APPROVED SEALANT
REMOVAL SCRAPER TS 1275-4

Advanced Chemistry & Technology, Inc. has its TS 1275-4 Sealant Scraper listed in The Boeing Commercial Airplane Process Document:

"SEALANT REMOVAL PROCESS FOR
EXTERIOR PRESSURIZED FUSELAGE SKIN"
 

The Boeing preferred method for removing sealant from exterior pressurized fuselage skin is to use the AC TECH Scraper, TS 1275-4 (I.A) plus solvent to remove all the sealant. Using the AC TECH Scraper, TS 1275-4 scraper exclusively poses the least risk to marking the fuselage skin prior to inspecting for scribe marks. For this reason, using the AC TECH Scraper, TS 1275-4 is the Boeing recommended, least risk method for removing sealant from the fuselage skin.

Recommended by Boeing for use on the following areas on exterior pressurized fuselage skin: Lap Joints, Butt Joints, All other areas (i.e. antenna cutouts, wing to body fairings, around window forgings, etc.)
